ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

Announcement of New Student Admissions & New Student Registration Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Year 2024-2025 Monday,April 29, 2024 New announcements will be available starting at 3:00 PM (15.00 WIB)

GUIDELINES FOR CHECKING ANNOUNCEMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Please log in to your registration account following the instructions provided through WhatsApp messages from our official WhatsApp numbers: 0822 3086 8898 / 0857 1717 1735 / 0857 1717 1728

2. After successfully logging in, select the "HASIL TES PENDAFTARAN" (Registration Test Result) menu. Check the status of your registration acceptance.

• If you are declared "Lolos Seleksi" (Passed Selection), proceed to fill out the Self-Assessment Form (point 3).
• If you are declared "Diterima Cadangan" (Accepted Reserve), please contact the contact number displayed in your announcement.

3. Fill out the Self-Assessment Form:

• Fill in your personal data on the Self-Assessment page according to your actual condition.
• Once filled out, save the data (submit).

4. Click "Bayar Tes Kesehatan" (Pay Health Test):

• A new page will appear with instructions for paying the health test fee.
• Payment can be made via: a. QRIS (Shopeepay/OVO/Gopay) through Barcode Scan b. Transfer to VA Bank INA Perdana 12998xxxxx (can accept transfers from other banks but include bank code 513) c. Transfer to VA BCA 12998xxxxx (can only accept transfers from BCA bank)
• Please make the health test payment.

5. Participate in the Health Test:

• The Health Test will take place on: Date: Tuesday, April 30, 2024
• Health Test Location: Admission Office IIK Bhakta
• Time: 08:00 - 10:30 WIB (For Vocational High School & D3 levels) 
• 10.30  - 13.00 WIB (For D4/S1 levels)
• Dress neatly and wear shoes.
• Requirements: Proof of Health Test Payment (Point 4) and adherence to Health Protocols (Wearing a mask, face shield, and providing evidence of vaccinations 1 and 2).
• If you cannot attend the Health Test at the IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri campus as scheduled (due to long-distance domicile/outside East Java or PPKM restrictions), you MUST CONFIRM with Admin 1 Bagian Pendaftaran (082230868898).

6. Download Registration Confirmation Letter (SPDU) and Statement Letter:

• Print and read the Registration Confirmation Letter (SPDU), then have it signed by a parent/guardian.
• The Statement Letter (agreeing to take the health test) is specifically for prospective new students who cannot attend the Health Test according to the schedule determined by us. Print the Statement Letter and have it signed on a 10,000 IDR revenue stamp.
• Prospective new students who can attend the Health Test at the IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri campus according to the scheduled time DO NOT need to download the Statement Letter.

7. Registration Fee Payment:

• Payment can be made through a transfer to the Virtual Account (VA) number stated in the SPDU for each individual.
• If transferring from a Bank BCA account, transfer to the VA BCA.
• If transferring from a bank other than BCA, transfer to VA Bank INA PERDANA, adding code 513 before the VA number.
• Payment can be processed via bank teller/ATM/M-Banking.
• Registration Process: ,Tuesday- Friday, April 30 & May 2-3, 2024
• Also available INA Bank's Teller at 6th Floor Adipadma Building IIK Bhakta on April 30, 2024

8. Payment Confirmation: After making the Health Test and Registration Fee payments, confirm the payment by sending:

• Photo of the Registration Fee Payment Slip
• Photo of the Health Test Payment Slip
• Photo of the signed Registration Confirmation Letter (SPDU)
• Photo of the Statement Letter (For those who cannot attend the Health Test on-campus) Send the 4 photos above via WhatsApp to Admin 1 Pendaftaran (082230868898).

9. Join the WhatsApp Group: After confirming the payment, contact the Registration Admin via WhatsApp (0822 3086 8898) to be added to the respective study program's WhatsApp group.
