To become a competitive language service provider with the aim of enhancing the quality of human resources, producing outstanding individuals capable of actively contributing to the nation's development.

mission

1. Organize foreign language (English and Mandarin) learning for the academic community of IIK Bhakta Kediri.
2. Provide foreign language (English and Mandarin) training to the academic community of IIK Bhakta Kediri.
3. Offer foreign language translation services to the academic community of IIK Bhakta Kediri.
4. Establish collaborations with external institutions to improve quality and services.

programs

1. Conduct English language learning in the TOEIC preparation English class program for all students of IIK Bhakta Kediri within one level/stage.
2. Organize Mandarin language learning in the Mandarin class program for all students of IIK Bhakta Kediri within two levels.
3. Administer the English for Mapping test in collaboration with the International Test Centre (ITC) for new students as a prerequisite for attending the TOEIC preparation English class.
4. Conduct TOEIC tests in collaboration with the International Test Centre (ITC) for students who have completed the English language class to obtain TOEIC certification as one of the graduation requirements.
5. Arrange TOEIC tests for IIK Bhakta Kediri lecturers and the general public.
6. Conduct Mandarin language tests for IIK Bhakta Kediri students.
7. Issue Mandarin language certificates for students who have passed the Mandarin language class.
8. Provide English and Mandarin translation services for the academic community of IIK Bhakta Kediri.
