The establishment of the Language Center of IIK Bhakta Kediri began with the introduction of special English and Mandarin language classes for students as pilot projects in 2018. The significance of mastering foreign languages to compete globally served as the foundation for IIK Bhakta Kediri to establish the Language Center as one of the supporting units that provide language services for the academic community to enhance their foreign language proficiency, specifically in English and Mandarin.

Since 2018, the Language Center has been running English and Mandarin language classes for students, aiming to obtain certificates that can be used as requirements for graduation, added value on CVs for job applications, and also as prerequisites for applying for scholarships or further studies. Up to this date, IIK Bhakta's Language Center oversees two language learning services: English and Mandarin.
