Sekilas Tentang Program Studi D3 Food and Pharmaceutical Analyses
Information
In an effort to improve human resources and meet market needs in the field of pharmaceutical and food analysis intermediate experts, D3 Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis was established in 1993 based on the Decree of the Minister of Health No. HK. 00.06.1.1.1860 regarding the license to operate the academy for pharmaceutical and food analysis for the service of Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. It then renewed its license on September 27, 2005 with the Decree No 139 / D / O / 2005 with a new name changing from the Academy of Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis (AKAFARMA) to D3 Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis (D3 ANAFARMA) joined under the Faculty of Pharmacy at the IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri until 2017.
Based on the decree of the Rector of IIK-BW Kediri No: 58 A / IIK-BW / KEP / R / VIII / 2017 concerning changes in faculty names and grouping of IIK-BW Kediri study programs. Since 24 August 2017, observing the results of the IIK-BW Kediri senate meeting. D3 Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis study program under the Faculty of Science, Technology and Analysis.
D3 Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis (D3 Anafarma) IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri is a higher education level Diploma in Health program, which is organized with the aim at:
1. Producing superior and competent pharmaceutical technical personnel in the field of traditional medicine analysis.
2. Producing a basic and applied research in the field of traditional medicine analysis to support the development of education and community services.
3. Generating a community service based on expertise in the field of traditional medicine analysis to empower and improve the quality of life and public health.
4. Producing study programs that are efficient and effective in achieving goals based on quality assurance systems and integrated information system management by upholding the PLUS culture (excellent in service, noble in character, excellent in work, and prosperous in living together)
This study program is accredited based on the Decree of the Head of Health Personnel Education Centre, Ministry of Health No. HK. 06.01 / IV / 3/00362/2010 for 5 years ahead This study program was re-accredited in 2015. This study program was accredited based on the Decree of the Association of Indonesian Higher Education Health Education Independent Accreditation Institutions (PERKUMPULAN LAM-PT Kes) No: 0162 / LAM-PTKes / Akr / Dip / XI / 2015. The study period of this study program is taken for 3 years with a total number of credits (Semester Credit System) with 120 credits maximum.
D3 Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis is a Diploma 3 education level with the title of Associate Health Analyst (A.Md.Kes) which aims at producing skilled, dedicated, qualified Associate Analysts so that graduates are able to enter the world of work as quality control laboratory (QC) personnel, Research and Development Laboratory (R&D) in the medicine, traditional medicine, cosmetics, food and beverage health equipment industries, and as an analyst in the Pharmaceutical and Food Industry Laboratory at BPOM and the Standardization Institute.

Selamat Datang di D3 Food and Pharmaceutical Analyses
Program Studi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan (Anafarma) merupakan program studi vokasi yang berada di bawah Fakultas Farmasi Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Wiyata Kediri dan berdiri sejak 27 September 2005. Prodi D3 Anafarma telah terakreditasi B berdasarkan SK Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Perguruan Tinggi Kesehatan (LAM-PTKes) Nomor SK : 0169/LAM-PTKes/Akr/Dip /IV/2020.
Prodi D3 Anafarma berorientasi menghasilkan tenaga vokasi farmasi yang siap bekerja di bidang analisis atau pengujian laboratorium baik di bidang farmasi maupun makanan sebagai bagian dari penjaminan mutu produk. Kurikulum D3 Anafarma yang digunakan berbasis KKNI (Kerangka Klasifikasi Nasional Indonesia) dengan menititik beratkan pada mata kuliah praktikum untuk meningkatan kompetensi lulusan.
Mahasiswa D3 Anafarma sudah dibekali dengan PKL (Praktek Kerja Lapangan) di berbagai lahan seperti Industri Farmasi, Industri Obat Tradisional, Industri Makanan dan Minuman, Balai Pengujian Pemerintah (BPOM, Balai Standardisasi, Balai Karantina Ikan Pengendalian Mutu, Materia Medika Batu, dsb) dan Perum Jasa Tirta sehingga mampu meningkatkan kompetensi di dunia kerja. Pada Akhir masa studi mahasiswa mengikuti ujian kompetensi secara nasional serta diambil sumpahnya sebagai tenaga vokasi farmasi.
Sampai saat ini Prodi D3 Anafarma telah menghasilkan lulusan yang bekerja diberbagai perusahaan dan instansi kesehatan. Lulusan D3 Anafarma menjadi lulusan yang mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan masa tunggu relatif singkat yaitu minimal 3 bulan setelah kelulusan. Ini merupakan bukti nyata bahwa lulusan D3 Anafarma IIK Bhakti WIyata Kediri merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang banyak dibutuhkan yang mampu bersaing didunia kerja.
Dengan demikian diharapkan prodi D3 Anafarma terus memberikan kontribusi di dunia kesehatan sesuai dengan visi institusi dan ikut serta dalam mencerdaskan bangsa melalui Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. 6. Able to carry out the provisions of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) according to the procedures.
7. Able to carry out the procedures for quality and quantity inspection of materials in accordance with established specifications.
8. Able to carry out pharmaceutical determinations such as test procedures for uniformity of preparation, size, hardness, brittleness, disintegration time, dissolution and removed volume according to the procedure.
9. Able to carry out proximate analysis (water content, protein, fat, carbohydrate) according to the procedure.
10. Able to carry out analysis of pharmaceutical, food and beverage preparations both instrumental and microbiologically according to procedures.
11. Able to carry out In Process Control (IPC) procedures.
12. Able to carry out the testing of prohibited substances being used in pharmaceutical preparations and food-beverage preparations according to procedures.
13. Able to carry out monitoring of expired goods, obsolete items and returned products according to the procedure.
14. Able to carry out phytochemical screening according to the procedure.

Praktek Kerja Lapangan merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi secara sistematis dan sinkron program pendidikan dengan progam penguasaan keahlian yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan kerja secara langsung. Studying at IIK BW is fun, especially in the D3 Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis study program, we can learn to conduct experiment with various chemicals and drugs, bacteria and so on. In my personal opinion, this study program is very general. Hence, if we enter the world of work there are many job vacancies that we can apply, including pharmacies. So, studying at IIK BW is not a loss if we really have the intention to study not just looking for grades, because every achievement we get, we also get a reward namely a scholarship and I have got it.
