Faculty of Health Technology and Management (FTMK) IIK Bhakta welcomed special guests from the East Java Provincial Environmental Service.The purpose of the arrival of the East Java Provincial Government DLH was to attend the Grouo Discussion Forum or FGD with FTMK IIK Bhakta which was held in the Adipadma meeting room, Tuesday (21/05/2024).Also present were representatives of the East Java Province DLH, represented by Mrs. Dian Tristi A as the East Java Provincial Government DLH environmental impact controller and her team who were welcomed directly by the Dean of FTMK IIK Bhakta, Mrs. Tri Ana Mulyati, M.Si and her staff.Slamet Subaidin, a representative of DLH East Java, said that this FGD event was held for the purpose of the Tri Dharma Higher Education cooperation agreement between FTMK IIK Bhakta relating to research, service and education.He explained that this collaboration would help the government's task of providing a clean environment with synergy between the East Java Provincial Government's DLH and IIK Bhakta, especially FTMK. Therefore, the East Java Provincial Government DLH appreciates FTMK, through this collaboration it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to environmental problems. He explained that due to limitations, it cannot be denied that the government, in this case the health service, is unable to solve health problems alone. "Therefore, we need contributions from clinicians, academics, especially environmental health, in this case from the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program together with the community, of course, so that awareness of a clean and healthy environment can be built," he concluded.Meanwhile, the Dean of FTMK IIK Bhakta, Mrs. Tri Ana Mulyati, M.Si hopes that this collaboration can run well and be sustainable which can have a positive impact on both parties.
