Mastery of Knowledge:

  1. Classification and Codification: Understanding the classification and codification of diseases recorded in patient medical records, based on knowledge of the structure and primary functions, as well as dysfunctions, of various diseases in human body systems. This includes activities such as analysis, verification, and evaluation of medical record data quantitatively and qualitatively within the scope of medical record services.
  2. Data Processing: Mastery in processing data from the verified classification and codification into various indices as sources of internal and external reporting, both manually and electronically, according to policies in health service facilities.
  3. Data Interoperability: Understanding the concept of data interoperability in electronic medical records.

  1. Clinical Classification and Codification: Capable of implementing clinical classification systems and codifying diseases related to health and medical actions according to medical terminology, referring to international classification systems using manual and electronic methods.
  2. Indexing: Capable of implementing indices by collecting data on diseases, mortality, actions, and doctors presented in index report forms.
  3. Evaluation of Diagnosis Completeness: Capable of evaluating the completeness of diagnosis and action contents using quantitative methods, resulting in accurate coding according to the applicable international classification system.
  4. Patient Services: Capable of performing patient services activities including registration, filing, and correspondence using manual and electronic methods, producing medical record data documents for use in basic medical record management and health information.
  5. Data Verification: Capable of performing data verification referring to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data examination using manual and electronic methods, resulting in information documents to be validated by direct supervisors as the basis for decision-making.
  6. Program Socialization: Capable of socializing each medical record and health information service program to internal and external parties about health service facilities using print and electronic media to increase public knowledge about medical records and health information.
  7. Professional Relationships: Capable of establishing intra and inter-professional working relationships according to the professional code of ethics to achieve one-way communication, teamwork to produce optimal medical record and health information service quality.
  8. Work Management: Capable of managing workgroups and work management in running organizations as providers and health service providers based on management principles to achieve human resource control in line with the organization's priority needs.
  9. Medical Record Structure Management: Capable of managing the structure and standards of medical record data contents both manually and electronically to produce health information in manual and electronic medical records.
  10. Surveillance Data Reporting: Capable of performing routine surveillance data recording and reporting using manual and electronic methods according to the reporting system, Hospital Information System (SIRS) standards, and Public Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS).
  11. Data Collection and Processing: Capable of collecting and processing data sources using manual and electronic methods to produce internal (health service facility) and external (addressed to health facilities such as health offices, health ministries, health insurance) routine report documents.
  12. Medical Record Evaluation: Capable of evaluating the content of medical records (manual and electronic) using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods presented in the form of routine medical record quality reports.
  13. Continuous Professional Development: Capable of self-development regarding advances in science and technology through seminars, training, and education in the field of medical records and health information to improve the quality and competence of human resources in the field of medical recorders and health information.
