As a psychology graduate who studies human behavior, it is a capital that can be an advantage for psychology graduates to pursue a career in HRD. In addition, the ability to conduct employee assessments and selection, as well as expertise in compiling human resource development programs are other capital for psychology graduates.

In addition to HRD, psychology graduates can also develop careers in psychology bureaus. Of course, because they do not yet have a practice permit, psychology graduates can become psychology assistants in a psychology bureau. Armed with the skills they have acquired in college will certainly help psychology graduates when they become assistant psychologists. In addition to provisions from college, of course psychology students can develop other skills such as seeking practical experience by interning at institutions related to psychology services, attending training or workshops to improve their skills.

In addition to the information transfer event, a seminar was also held with the theme "Designing the Future and Careers in HRD and the Psychology Bureau" with speaker Karisma Dewi Puspasari, M.Psi, Psychologist.
