A. The announcement can be seen in the Registration Account on February 24, 2022 at 14.00 WIB, how:
1. Open the page www.iik.ac.id/registration
2. Select "Already registered? Login here"
3. a. For online registrants, please enter your email address and date of birth (when
create an account register online).
b. For offline registrants/come directly to IIKBW, please enter the address
email: iik_nomorregistrasi@iik.ac.id (in the email column) and enter your date of birth
which is written in the offline registration form in the ddmmyyyy date of birth column.
For example: registration number 2019003001 then fill it with iik_2019003001@iik.ac.id in the email column.

B. Flow of Selection Results of Even Semester Gel Pharmacist Profession.
Academic Year 2021/2022
1. View Announcements via Registration account (See Instructions for viewing announcements on
Registration Account at Point A)
2. Those who are declared to have passed the selection immediately follow the online self-assessment which
contains about height and color blindness on 24 to 25 February 2022 in the Registration account
like in Point A
3. Those who are declared Reserves must attend the Consultation on February 25
2022 (To be announced in the Registration Account at Point A)
4. Fill out a statement of willingness to do a Health Test at the Institute of Health Sciences
Bhakti Wiyata when time permits. (Affidavits can be downloaded in the Registration Account)
5. After participating in the online self-assessment, prospective students/students can do
payment of Health Test of Rp. 250,000 in the Virtual account number listed in
account and pay for Re-registration to the Virtual Account number listed in the Letter
Introduction to re-registration which has been downloaded from 24 to 28 February 2022
6. After making payment for re-registration and medical examination, please confirm:
>> Proof of payment for re-registration and medical examination from the BANK
>> A signed cover letter for re-registration
>> Statement of Willingness to Conduct Medical Examination at the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences
sent to the admin whatsapp number BAK IIKBW (082244177384).
7. Please confirm "Re-registered Payment Process" to WA Admin
