As a campus for champions, the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences (IIK Bhakta) is never absent from competitions held in Kediri City. One of them is the election of Planning Generation (GenRe) Ambassadors which was held on Saturday (06/07/2024) at Kediri Town Square.IIK Bhakta representatives who took part in the grand final included Aldina Ismi Amalia, Khoirul Setyo Mashudi and Nazwah Nur Afifah. In the Grand Final event, the IIK Bhakta representative succeeded in winning 3rd place for women, Nazwah Nur Afifah from S1 Pharmacy, followed by Aldina Ismi Amalia (S1 Pharmacy) in the Friendship Champion Category and Khoirul Setyo Mashudi who succeeded in winning the Best Personal Branding category (S1 Dentistry).Meike Nur Cahyani, who serves as Chair of the Kediri City Genre Ambassadors and is also a Kediri City Public Health S1 student, advised her juniors to remain optimistic and always inspire."The steps of a GenRe Ambassador do not stop at the top of the Grand Final, according to the GenRe Ambassador motto "One year in office, forever inspiring. Becoming a GenRe Ambassador is an excellent opportunity to bring a good name to the campus by upholding the PLUS culture, especially excellence in work," he said.Furthermore, he advised GenRe Ambassadors to continue working and become role models for teenagers in the delivery and implementation of GenRe programs, including Population and Family Development, Adolescent Reproductive Health, Life Skills, and Family Life Planning.Meanwhile, Nazwah, who won 3rd place in the Women's category, admitted that she was happy with the achievements she and her friends had achieved. They promised to continue to achieve more in the future.
