IIK Bhakta held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) located in the Auditorium on the 6th floor of the Adipadma Building on Thursday, October 12 2023. The Management Review Meeting is an annual evaluation stage through presenting the results of evaluations regarding the suitability and effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management system by involving various leaders at environment of the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences (IIK Bhakta).
Regular discussions relate to the implementation of the quality system and also other issues related to academic and non-academic quality assurance within IIK Bhakta, attended by the Rectorate, Deans, heads of Study Programs, Institutions, Deputies and Co-Deputies.
The aim of RTM itself is to embody management's commitment to ensuring that the institutional quality system runs effectively and sustainably within the IIK Bhakta environment and as an evaluation step and means of continuously improving institutional quality.
The RTM activity was opened by the Chancellor of IIK Bhakta Prof. Dr. apt. Muhamad Zainuddin gave a message on the importance of maintaining a culture of quality within the institution so that it continues to survive. He also gave a message to all members of the IIK Bhakta community by saying, "The importance of institutional quality, it is time for IIK Bhakta to Go International. "Currently we have the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, now our goal is to make IIK Bhakta a superior campus next year. We are optimistic because we have fulfilled all aspects of BANPT."
Furthermore, the presentation of the evaluation results over the past year was carried out by the Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) Director of Human Resources, Academic Director, Secretary of the Institute and Chief Executive of the Bhakti Wiyata Foundation.
In his presentation, Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Institute, Drg. Puspa, Dila Rohmaniar M. Kes, explained the presentation of the results of the evaluation of satisfaction and e-learning for the 2022-2023 Academic Year, the achievements of collaboration with various international and national institutions, followed by a discussion of the evaluation results. Meanwhile, the quality assurance section conveyed the results of the implementation and evaluation of the 2022-2023 Internal Non-Academic Quality Audit.
At the end of the event Dr. David R Suhartono B.Comm M.M M.B.A Chief Executive of the Bhakti Wiyata Foundation appreciated his staff who have worked hard in the 2022-2023 period for the progress of IIK Bhakta. He promised that the Foundation would fully support the projects and programs that had been planned, such as the construction of a new rectorate building, lecture buildings and the opening of the Faculty of Medicine.
