Taking part in the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) program activities, the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences (IIK Bhakta) released students in the Independent Campus Certified Internship program (MBKM), on Wednesday (12/06/2023).The MBKM program is one of the policies launched by the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek).With the aim of providing opportunities for students in Indonesia to learn and develop themselves with activities outside the classroom for 1 semester.IIK Bhakta Academic Director, apt. Ninis Yuliati, M. Kes. in his remarks fielded 161 students for an internship for 6 months with a conversion of 20 credits in various internship places in East Java and Hasanuddin University Makassar.Later this student internship report will be converted into 20 credits, including practical work. "This report will later be tested by examiners on campus and supervisors as well as the companies where they do their internships," he explained.While the Chancellor of IIK Bhakta Prof. Dr. apt. Muhamad Zainuddin revealed that this internship program is an application of the MBKM curriculum."The Teaching Campus Program is a revolutionary movement that encourages students to have the opportunity and right to study outside the campus environment."He hopes that students can learn from direct experience from the practice site and have a positive attitude such as the ability to adapt to the environment where the internship takes place.
