b. Photocopy of the certificate of the winner of the competition at least at the regency/city level (within the last three years starting from the registration period) and can show the original certificate if needed at any time (for achievement categories in the fields of sports, arts, religion).

c. For the social media influencer category, have creative and educational content with followers or subscribers:

    - Instagram : minimum 10,000

    - Tiktok/Youtube/Twitter: Minimum 5,000

d. For the activist category, having a position as an organizational manager at the regency/city level in the education field for the last year when registering.

e. Determination of the amount of the scholarship depends on the achievements.

f. Does not apply to study programs for Bachelor of Dentistry, Bachelor of Pharmacy, and Professional Education, RPL, and Special Programs.

g. Scholarship forms and documents are to be submitted at the registration office.

Terms

Conditions after becoming a student:

1. Willing to participate in IIK Bhakti Wiyata events or represent IIK Bhakti Wiyata in competitions which equal to the level of scholarship received at least once a year (for categories of academic, arts, and sports achievement).
2. The champion rank that must gain is at least the 3rd position for each competition that follows in 1 year. If the student can't afford that, an evaluation will be carried out and cut to get a tuition discount for next semester (for categories of academics, arts, and sports achievement).
3. Willing to be a member of the relevant Student Activity Unit (for categories of academic achievement, arts, and sports).
4. Willing to help promote IIK Bhakti Wiyata by posting on their social media accounts (for the category of social media influencer)
5. The Grade Point Average (GPA) is a minimum of 2.25 for each semester. If the student can not pass the minimum GPA, an evaluation is needed.
6. If a student changes the study program, the scholarship will end.
7. If the student takes leave or resigns, the scholarship will discontinue, and the DP3 fee deduction must be returned in full by those who take leave.
8. If a student exceeds the standard study period (more than eight semesters), the semester outside the study period does not get a tuition discount.

Entire Scholarship Submission Mechanism:

a. The submission deadline is September 2, 2022.

b. Prospective students fill out scholarship forms which can be downloaded here

c. The registration committee verifies the supporting documents and inputs the proposed scholarship options

d. The draft approval (submission) of prospective scholarship recipients by Chairman of PPMB acknowledges Networking Deputy and Director of Academic for Bhakti Wiyata Foundation through Manager of BUC Division that has to submit to Chief of Bhakti Wiyata Foundation or its representative.

e. If approved, an SK of Scholarship Recipient will be issued by Bhakti Wiyata Foundation.

f. The scholarship can be in the form of cashback for education bills at IIK Bhakti Wiyata.

g. There will be an Evaluation and Verification Process for provisions, especially in 1 year of assessment and accepting students are required to provide a report according to the provisions to the registration team at the end of the study year while receiving a scholarship.

• If a student takes a leave of absence or resigns, the DP3 and SPP fee reductions must be fully refunded.

• If a student transfers to another program, the scholarship will be terminated.

• If a student exceeds the normal study period, there will be no reduction in SPP beyond the regular study period.

Conditions

Merdeka Scholarship Requirements:

1. Complete the applicable registration documents at IIK Bhakta.

2. Prospective students must be native residents of the chosen City/Regency, as evidenced by the Family Card.

3. Prospective students must have passed the tests conducted by IIK Bhakta or tests organized by the relevant Government (if any).

4. Prospective students must have a letter of recommendation from the relevant Government.

5. Write a signed statement by the prospective student and the student's guardian, expressing the commitment to adhere to the following points:

   • Willing to maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 throughout the course and regularly report the GPA per semester to the Deputy of Student Affairs within the normal study period.
   • Willing to complete the study within the normal study period or earlier. If exceeding the normal study period, the scholarship will be terminated, and the associated costs will be borne by the student.
   • In case of resignation, change of major, or non-compliance with existing regulations, the student must refund the received scholarship funds.

6. Specifically for prospective students who do not qualify for the Merdeka Scholarship in the city of Kediri, they can apply for the Education Care Scholarship, available for all study programs.

   Coverage of the Education Care Scholarship: A 50% reduction in DP3 with a maximum discount of Rp 5,000,000 for prospective students from economically disadvantaged families, as evidenced by the Village or Sub-district SKTM.

Terms

Coverage of the Merdeka Scholarship includes:

• Exemption from Re-registration Fees, including Educational Contributions, DP3, PKKMB (student orientation period), and SPP for 4 years (for Bachelor's and D4 levels) and 3 years (for D3 level).

The Merdeka Scholarship does not cover the following expenses: Registration Form, Health Test Fees, Practicum Equipment Fees, Living and Accommodation Costs, Graduation, Internship (PKL), and other Incidental Costs.

• Only for students graduating from equivalent high schools/vocational schools in the academic year 2023-2024 who register for study programs at IIK Bhakta through the Regular Path from June 14, 2024, until the end of Regular Path 3 in the academic year 2024-2025.

• Minimum scores for the UTBK scholarship program:

  • Scholastic Potential Test (TPS): minimum average of 400 across all TPS subtests.
  • Literacy Test in Indonesian: minimum of 375.

1. Exemption from 50% of the normal DP3 fee (building fee) up to a maximum of Rp 3,000,000, and it cannot be combined with other scholarships.
2. Receive 1 unit of a smartwatch while supplies last.

Conditions

1. Only for graduates of S1 Midwifery/D4 Midwifery who are continuing their Professional Midwifery Education at IIK Bhakta for the 2024-2025 academic year.
2. Must be currently employed in midwifery services but have not yet undertaken the professional level (proven by a work certificate).
